Sarah Worthington

Principal Chiropractor

Sarah opened Caring Hands Chiropractic in 2011 on returning to the Southern Highlands after completing her Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Masters in Chiropractic at Macquarie University.

Sarah has received chiropractic care from the age of 5, and decided on a career in the field at the age of 8 after seeing first-hand how much chiropractic care and addressing physical, chemical, and emotional stressors benefited her family. Sarah now sees the benefits of this holistic lifestyle for her own family, which includes her husband, son, and German Shepherd.

Sarah is experienced in the management of both acute and chronic conditions and people of all ages from babies to the elderly. She particularly loves helping families, those seeking a greater quality of life, pregnant women, children, headaches and migraine sufferers, and shoulder injuries.

Sarah loves staying active and her hobbies include vegetable gardening, preserving, weight training, dance, going to the beach, cooking, watercolour painting, and crafts.

Sarah uses a combination of Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Applied Kinesiology (AK), diversified, activator, drop piece and can address retained primitive reflexes (RNRs)
