Sarah Worthington – Principal Chiropractor Specialising in Holistic Family Care and Neuromusculoskeletal Health
Sarah Worthington established Caring Hands Chiropractic in 2011 upon returning to the Southern Highlands, after earning her Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. Having received chiropractic care since age five, Sarah was inspired early to pursue a career in chiropractic by witnessing the benefits of addressing physical, chemical, and emotional stressors within her family.
Sarah has extensive experience managing both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions across all ages, from infants to seniors. She particularly enjoys working with families, pregnant women, children, headache and migraine sufferers, and individuals with shoulder injuries.
Her treatment approach incorporates a combination of trusted chiropractic techniques including Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Applied Kinesiology (AK), Diversified technique, Activator method, Drop Piece, and addressing Retained Primitive Reflexes (RNRs). This holistic approach enables personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Outside her practice, Sarah is active in gardening, preserving, weight training, dance, beach activities, cooking, watercolour painting, and crafts.
